Stations interested in receiving an intern grant
should complete the:
Station Application for Intern Grant and return it to the ABA.
The following forms are for station use after internship is completed. In order for your station to be eligible for an intern grant for the following year, the intern must complete and the station return the Intern_Report_Form.pdf to ABA.
The station must also complete the Intern_Report_Form_Station.pdf and return it to ABA.
